12.2 upgrade driver patch failed at script adinvset.pls (Doc ID 2354374.1)

Symptoms

While applying 12.2.0 upgrade driver patch failed at adinvset.pls with errors in adworker log as following,

'Initial-info restart file' does not exist.
Connecting to APPLSYS......Unable to connect.

AD Worker error:
The following ORACLE error:
ORA-01017: invalid username/password; logon denied
occurred while executing the SQL statement:

CONNECT APPLSYS/*****

You should check the file
<DIR>/fs1/EBSapps/appl/admin/.../log/adwork001.log
