E-Business Suite Applications Management Plugin Installation And Deployment Of The AMP Plugin Locks The APPS Daily With Error 'ORA-01017: invalid username/password; logon denied' For Method txkGetDBParameter (Doc ID 2354387.1)

Symptoms

E-Business Suite Applications Management Plugin (AMP) 13.1.1.1.0, Installation Issues

 After deploying AMP plugin, the APPS account gets locked daily with the following error:

'ORA-01017: invalid username/password; logon denied'

The following entries are reported in the audit trail:

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Installed AMP 13.1.1.1 plugin.
2. Confirm the apps account gets locked
