Ireland P46 Process Errors For Ex-Applicant Records (Doc ID 2354836.1)

Problem Statement:

When running the P46 process (IE P45 Part3 / P46 Report) for an employee that was hired from an Applicant record the process errors with the message:

Employee PPSN number is missing. Assignment Number:
P45P3 Process Failed. Some mandatory parameters are missing


Steps to Reproduce:

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1.  Submit P46 process (IE P45 Part 3 / P45 Report)

  2. Observe the error.
