Problem Description

When Requisition number includes a space character such as "xxx xxx" or " xxxxx", an exception error occurs while attempting to access Manage Tax page.

oracle.apps.fnd.framework.OAException: This request was not processed as the request URL xxxxxxx contained potentially illegal or un-encoded characters. Please try again by submitting a valid URL or contact your systems administrator for assistance.

STEPS
-------------------
1. Login to the E-Business Suite and choose the Purchasing Module.
2. Create Requisition with alphanumeric number including the space character like "xxx xxx" or " xxxxx" and save.
3. Navigate to Tools -> Manage Tax
4. The error will occur.
 

BUSINESS IMPACT

Expectation is that should be allowed to use spaces in Requisition Number
