Oracle Email Center and TeleService Integration - Error Messages

Unable to send email to a Contact from Contact Center header.
When trying to send an email from the Contact Center (when pressing the Email button), users are getting an error.
(1) "Function not available to this responsibility. Change responsibilities or contact your System Administrator."
(2) "You must implement Oracle Email Center when trying to invoke sending an email from the Contact Center."
* For Error (1):
A custom Menu might have been created for a custom Responsibility.
The Email could be sent successfully while using the seeded 'Service' responsibility.
