Unable to access a service request from Universal Work Queue

On : 12.2.6 version,

From Universal Work Queue (UWQ), when attempting to view a Service Request, the following error occurs:

FRM-40350: Query caused no records to be retrieved

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigate to UWQ
2. Double click on one SR to open
3. The Service Request form pop-up but empty, without the SR information
4. The reported error is displayed at the bottom of the form
