Symptoms

Upgraded the Oracle E-Business Suite Database to 12.1.0.2  following MOS Doc ID 1524398.1

When trying to de-register EBS 12.1.3 from OID the following occurs.



*** ERROR : Could not remove FND preferences from APPS database.

Below exception in log :

     java.sql.SQLException: Could not commit with auto-commit set on


Changes

   Upgraded the database to 12.1.0.2 following MOS Doc ID 1524398.1 and nothing else was changed.
