Symptoms

On : 12.1.3 version,

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Personalization is not taking effect on the approve and reject buttons in the supplier profile requests.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Expect the personalization to hide the approve and reject buttons

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Enable personalization
2. Go to the supplier page
3. Click any of the Supplier Profile Update Requests
4. Change Rendered to false in the personalization for the buttons Approve and Reject
5. Click Apply
6. Click Return to Application
7. Buttons are still available
