Unable to enter Count quantity in Cycle Count Entry form as Quantity field is disabled

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

Should be able to enter Count quantity in Cycle Count Entry form

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Open Cycle Count entry form
2. Query for entries of problematic cycle count
