Restrict 'Replaced By' Field from Displaying the Requester Name (self) on Create Absence Page

Symptoms
While applying for absence through absence management, "Replaced By" field in the Create Absence page displays the name of the requester as well.
This feature allows employees to add their own name as replacement which is wrong.
Steps to Reproduce:
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1.Go to Absence Management
2. Create Leave
3. Click on replaced by LOV and the page displays the requester name there.
4. Now try to apply a leave through Absence form, replaced by LOV doesn’t display the requester name.
