On : 12.2.6 version, Label Printing
ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Label printing is not recognizing the printers assigned at the 'Assign printers to document' and the apps.wms_label_requests has null value in the custom PRINTER_NAME field. The custom SQL gets the printer name from that field so when it is null, label printing is not sent to appropriate printers.
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Expect the Label Request .xml to be sent to the appropriate printer.
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Define a Label Format for the LPN Content label type.
2. Assign the label to Pack/Unpack Business Flo
3. Assign Printers to documents.
4. Trigger a Label Request.
5. the .xml file is generated, but not directed to the printer for printing.
BUSINESS IMPACT
