Symptoms
On : 12.2.4 version, AME Setup issues , in Prod
When attempting to submit the work confirmation,
the following error occurs.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login to application
2. Submit Work Confirmation for approval
3. It goes to requester and after the requester approving as per AME, it should go forward as per the AME rule
4. Instead as soon as the requester approves the work confirmation gives the above error to sysadmin.
