Symptoms
ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
When selecting a new image using the 'Select Existing Picture' option the image is not displayed after applying the changes for the course. When applying the change the confirmation message is displayed but the image is not attached.
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
After applying the changes the image preview will be displayed after confirmation of the changes to the course and the image will be visible when searching for the course.
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Oracle Learning Management Administrator
2. Catalog Search for the course
3. Update the Course, select an existing image.
4. The image is not visible to the learner.
