Symptoms
When copying the out of the box OTM Shipment Tracking Event Manager Layout (called SHIPMENT_TRACKING_EVENT in the PUBLIC domain) and then using the new Manager Layout, the REMARKS section on the "Detail" tab contains refnum information rather than the Remark information that you would expect.
