Goal

When attempting to perform Direct Org Transfer transactions in Inter-Organization Transfer form (INVTTMTX), user can transfer item A from organization X to organization Y.
But user cannot transfer item A from organization Y to organization X.

Steps to Reproduce

  1. Select organization X.
