Symptoms

When trying to create a new Product in Marketing Online, the user receives the following error:

 Error Messages (999=IOI error(s) occurred, but no records found in MTL_INTERFACE_ERRORS table


Steps to Reproduce:

Scenario 1: Product Creation

  1. Responsibility: Oracle Marketing Super User 
  2. Navigation: Products tab
  3. Create product
  4. Receive error


Scenario 2: Product Linking

  1. Responsibility: Channel Manager
  2. Navigation: Partner Program
  3. Create Program Button
  4. Flexfield level
  5. Perform steps provided in Note 360345.1 Partner Management: Partner Program Is Not Available In Valuelist and receive the following error:
