When attempting to submit the Benefits ACA Archive Process, the following error occurs:

ORA-06512: at line 1

ORA-01403: no data found

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Go to responsibility US Super HRMS Manager.
2. Navigate to Processes and Reports > Submit Processes and Reports > Single Request.
3. Select Request Name "Benefits ACA Archive Process" and submit for the desired tax year.
