Symptoms

When attempting to apply PSA consolidated patch 22850140,it was failing with adworker error on the ldt file psacprog.ldt.

Loading data using FNDLOAD function.
**** Reseting package states in the current session ****

FNDLOAD APPS/***** 0 Y UPLOAD @FND:patch/115/import/afcpprog.lct @PSA:patch/115/import/US/psacprog.ldt -

Calling FNDLOAD function.

Returned from FNDLOAD function.

Error calling FNDLOAD function.
