MSCA/Telnet : When Searching Purchase Order List Of Values(LOV) On Receipts Page Returns Error Connection To Host Lost (Doc ID 2358405.1)

Symptoms

When user tries to enter the Purchase Order (PO) using a list of values (LOV) , nothing returns and after some time page shows
the message  "Connection to Host Lost".  Bouncing the server did not help.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
The LOV should return the Purchase Order Number

STEPS
1. Navigate >Telnet screen > Materials and Mfg > Receiving > Receipts>PO
2. Enter the Org Code when prompted.
3. PO Num press Ctrl+L to open list of values
4. LOV does not show any values , after few seconds the host is disconnected
