PRDS Outbound Ends In Error And Action History Is Not Updated

On CLM iProcurement 12.2.6 when attempting to run the PRDS Outbound Interface, the log indicates that it was generated successfully but the status ends in Error. The object does not appear in the PRDS Action history.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Run PRDS Output interface
2. Go to Requests Summary Table and see the Generate PRDS Outbound XML Phase shows completed but Status shows Error
3. Go to iProcurement > Requisitions > Requisition Details > PRDS Action History. No Results found
Due to this issue, users cannot see PRDS Action History and the Summary table is showing it ending in Error
