Symptoms

After completing the TLS/SSL configuration on EBS 12.1+,  by following either Note 376700.1 or Note 2143099.1, One of the below errors is seen when trying to login to EBS

ERROR 1
"SSL received a record that exceeded the maximum permissible length. Error code: SSL_ERROR_RX_RECORD_TOO_LONG".  The Error page will look similar to the following:

ERROR 2

"This page can’t be displayed

Turn on TLS 1.0, TLS 1.1, and TLS 1.2 in Advanced settings and try connecting to https://server.domaon:port again. If this error persists, it is possible that this site uses an unsupported protocol or cipher suite such as RC4 (link for the details), which is not considered secure. Please contact your site administrator.
