API OCM_CREDIT_REQ_WITHDRAW_PUB.withdraw_request Does Not Update the Withdraw Reason (Doc ID 2358958.1)

When using the API OCM_CREDIT_REQ_WITHDRAW_PUB.withdraw_request to withdraw a credit request. After the API is run, the case folder is correctly set to Status = Withdrawn, but the Withdrawal Reason is not populated.

From the Oracle Credit Management documentation, the data comes from the following lookup:

Withdrawal reason code. Derived from AR_CMGT_APP_WITHDRAW_REASONS lookup type.

Steps to Reproduce:

Responsibility: Credit Management Super User
: Analysis

  1. Use the API OCM_CREDIT_REQ_WITHDRAW_PUB.withdraw_request to withdraw a credit request and specify a withdrawal reason within the API.
  2. Check the request after the successful API, and the status is correct, but the withdrawal reason is not populated.
