How to create Mailing Address using Military States, AE, AA, AP for APO/FPO Addresses (Doc ID 2358959.1)

Can we set up a mailing address for an employee with a Military Address that requires the use of  the "AA","AE", "AP" as the state?

This solution is being provided for instances when an employee has a military  mailing address. Third-party Tax software Vertex does not allow for the use of the military states, AA, AE or AP.  But rather requires address to use a US state for tax purposes.

While the US address is functional per requirements of Vertex; these addresses are not functional USPS addresses, thus individuals do not receive mail if address is used per Vertex standards.
