On : 12.0.6 version
Only a specific user is unable to launch forms screen after logining to EBS
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Install ActiveX for other web sites.
2. Login with the specific user id.
3. Choose a Responsibility and click a menu which opens forms screen.
4. But forms screen is not opened with no error message.
User installed 3rd-party ActiveX from other web sites e.g. Bank or Securities.
