Symptoms
On : 12.2.4.33.4 version, Runtime UI
When attempting to finish a configuration running a published user interface without completing all selections, a dialog box pops up asking the user to verify they'd like to save an incomplete configuration. Once selecting yes and returning control to iStore, the following error is reported on screen.

URL Security cannot be asserted. The given URL has either expired or has been tampered with. Please contact your System Administrator for help.
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. iStore responsibility
2. Create a new order, add a configurable line
3. Launch Configurator
4. Make selections, select finish before making all selections
5. Confirmation dialog appears
6. After confirming, error occurs
BUSINESS IMPACT

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot save incomplete configurations.
