Symptoms

Oracle Time and Labor - Version 12.1 HRMS RUP10 and later

Problem Statement:
After applying 12.1 RUP10, running Transfer Time from OTL to BEE when there are no eligible timecards to be retrieved is showing the following error:
'Concurrent Manager encountered an error while attempting to start your immediate concurrent program PYTSHPRI. Routine &ROUTINE received a return code of failure. Contact your support representative.'



Steps to Reproduce:
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Applied RUP10
2. Run Transfer Time from OTL to BEE where there are no eligible timecards to be retrieved
3. Check the .Fnd_Concurrent_Requests table and note the error message is different than in RUP9/Click Request Diagnostic button and see different error message than before
