Symptoms
When attempting to void back-out the Open life event, the following error occurs:
APP-BEN-91711: The Participant Enrollment Result record was not found in the following package:
Context at time of error:
Participant Enrollment Result : XXXX
Person ID : YYYY
Life Event Reason ID :
Effective Date : 23-DEC-2017
STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Go to responsibility US Super HRMS Manager.
2. Navigate to People > Benefits Service Center and query the employee in question.
3. Select View Person Life Events from the Desktop Activities drop down menu.
4. Attempt to back out the latest life event.
Error occurs.
