On : 12.1.3 version, Patch Application Issues

When attempting to apply patch 26048033
the following error occurs.

ERROR

FAILED: file wshtab.odf on worker 1.

The table is missing the index WSH_DELIVERY_DETAILS_N21
or index WSH_DELIVERY_DETAILS_N21 exists on another table.
Create it with the statement:

CREATE INDEX WSH.WSH_DELIVERY_DETAILS_N21 ON WSH.WSH_DELIVERY_DETAILS
 (TRANSACTION_ID) LOGGING STORAGE (FREELIST GROUPS 4 FREELISTS 4 ) PCTFREE
 10 INITRANS 11 MAXTRANS 255 COMPUTE STATISTICS PARALLEL TABLESPACE
 APPS_TS_TX_IDX

Statement executed.

The CREATE INDEX statement above failed because there is
another index on the same columns.
