Symptoms

When attempting to run Party Synchronization the following error occurs:
 

ERROR
WSH_ITM_PARTY_SYNC: Party Synchronization log file shows:
   Procedure WSH_ITM_PARTY_SYNC.POPULATE_DATA failed with unexpected error


STEPS
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Select responsibility: ITM Adapter Super User
2. Navigate to: ITM Adapter > Party Synchronization
3. Enter parameters
4. Submit the concurrent request
