How do I update the defaulting order of the "application tax options" in EBtax manager if I previously disabled this setup?


Symptoms

System does not allow to create an Application Tax Option setup for same combination of operating unit and Oracle Application
The system returns an error:

Error :
Tax options for this combination of operating unit and application already exist.

It addition, it is not possible to update the existing record listed in the Application Tax Option form, as the same is previously inactivated.
And also it is also not possible to modify the hierarchy values returned on the form.

Steps:
1 Navigate to Manager Responsibility
2. Go to Defaults and Controls
3  Go to Application Tax Options
4. Query the Operating Unit and the  Application name and click on Go,
5 Returned values are not possible to  be modified.
