Symptoms

On : 12.2.7 version, Workplan

When attempting to open a project the following error occurs,

Call of PJI_FM_XBS_ACCUM_UTILS.populate_workplan_data Failed. SQLERRM=ORA-06508: PL/SQL: could not find program unit bei in Package PA_PROGRESS_PUB Procedure POPULATE_PJI_TAB_FOR_PLAN.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login to Application
2. Navigate to Project Responsibility
3. Go to Project --> Open Project
