OTL Timecard Will Resubmit Timecard Does Not Reset The Timecard Status To Working (Doc ID 2360222.1)

On : 12.1.3 version, Timecard Approval

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------

In OTL, when approvers do not take any action, the timecard comes back to the employee. In the No Action notification to employee, when the employee chooses "Will resubmit Timecard" option, the timecard status still remained as "Submitted" instead of "Working".


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1.Create a timecard and submit for approval
2.THe approval times out after some time
3. Notification goes back to employee
4. Employee chooses Will re-submit timecard
5. Navigate to the Recent timecards page
6. Timecard is showing as Submitted instead of Working
