Special Services Are Not Applied To Shipments Using A Substitute Destination Location (Doc ID 2360779.1)

Special Services are not included on Shipments built that use a "Substitute" Destination Location.

When the Destination for the Shipment is not a "Substitute" Destination Location the Special Service is applied.

For Example :

1. Create a Special Service , Substitute Destination Locations With Special Service, and a Rate Offering ID With Special Service

2. Create and Bulk Plan and Oder Release (that include the Substitute Destination Locations and the Special Service defined.)

3. Click on the created Shipment and go to the Financials tab

Note: The Shipment with a Substitute Destination Location does not have the Special Service Listed
