Symptoms

On : 12.1.3 version, Catalog Shopping

When attempting to view the requisition template in the shopping lists,
the following error occurs.

ERROR
-----------------------
The public list does not contain items

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Responsibility: I procurement.
2. Navigate to Shop: shopping lists.
3. Select the list and click Go.
