ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Unable to update/Add/delete LANDLORD Details after applying IN.16 Patch in India Professional User Self Service.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Should be able to Update/Add/Delete LANDLORD Details in

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. India Professional User Self Service.
2. Searched or Tax Declaration
3. Click on Actions >
4. LANDLORD Details are greyed out.

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot update the LANDLORD Details.
