When attempting to add Base Model to item in Item Master form the following error occurs.

"APP-INV-05137: Model is not defined in all organizations where SO10030 is defined.

When Base Model is controlled at the Item-level, the model you choose will be the Base Model for this item in all organizations where this item is defined.
Therefore, you must select a model that exists in all organizations where the item exists. Or, assign the model to all organizations where this item exists."

"If we have multiple master organizations with in the same instance and if the item exists for multiple master organizations, Model should also exists for all those master orgs and respective inventory Orgs? We want to assign base model only in one particular master org. With in that Master org and its inventory org, model defined . "

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Responsibility: Inventory
2. Navigation: Items -> Master Items
3. Query item and try to add Base Model
4. Observe the APP-INV-05137 error
