Symptoms

Discount is not calculated even if "Discount on Partial Payment" is checked in AR System Option.

Sample Case

  1. Set "Discount on Partial Payment" in AR System option.

  2. Create Payment Term
    Payment Terms
    Name Test_Term
    Allow Discount on Partial Payments No
    Discount Basis Lines Only
    Due Days 30
    Discount 2.5%
    Days 15


  3. Create Transaction
    Transaction
    Transaction Number 1295
    Trx Date 03-JAN-2018
    Payment Term Test_Term
    Due Date 02-FEB-2018


  4. Create Receipt and apply
    Receipt
    Receipt Number Receipt AAA
    Apply Date 16-JAN-2018
    Discount 0
