Upgrade UPK to UPK

Problem statement
When trying to update KC to there are two error messages received:

Error message # 1
Setup could not validate the URL
The remote server returned an error: 403 Forbidden
Click Yes to continue installation or No to enter a new URL

Error message # 2
"The selected user id does not have access to the selected schema"

Follow the standard steps to upgrade UPK according to UPK documentation.
