Production
Upgrade UPK 11.1.0.2 to UPK 12.1.0.2

Problem statement
------------------------
When trying to update KC to 12.1.0.2 there are two error messages received:


Error message # 1
---------------------
Setup could not validate the URL
The remote server returned an error: 403 Forbidden
Click Yes to continue installation or No to enter a new URL

Error message # 2
-------------------
"The selected user id does not have access to the selected schema"

Steps
