When Creating A Service Request From OMFS MP The Item Number Does Not Save (Doc ID 2361753.1)

On : 12.2.6 MFS MP

When creating a Service Request from MFS the user enters an item number or serial number.  Then saves.
The item field is cleared and the item is not saved.

Expect the item to be saved.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login to MFS MP and navigate to Customer > select a customer.
2. Select account icon to create a new SR.
3. Enter SR details and include an item..
4. Item is validated.
5. Save.
6. The item field is cleared and the item is not saved.
