Error: "Sold-To contact for this customer is inactive. Please choose a different Sold-To contact" When Creating An Incident

Symptoms

When attempting to creating a Service request the following error occurs.

ERROR
-----------------------
The Sold-To contact for this customer is inactive. Please choose a different Sold-To contact. click on OK then get Invalid Contact for Given Customer Account.


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. (R) Service
2. (N) Customer Management > Contact Center
3. Enter Account Number
4. Customer information is populated
5. Click on Service Request tab.
6. Submit the debrief
