Symptoms

Your are running the Archive and Purge OIC Periods concurrent program and it is failing.   You may see various error messages reported in the log.  The following errors are just a sample:

ORACLE error 20002 in FDPSTP

Cause: FDPSTP failed due to ORA-20002: : : User-Defined Exception
ORA-06512: at "APPS.CN_PURGE_TABLES_PUB", line 265
ORA-06512: at line 1
