Symptoms

After running the PRC: Create Accounting, the accounting seems to reverse some Borrowed and Lent transactions.

Steps to reproduce the issue:

1. Run the concurrents:
PRC: Distribute Borrowed and Lent Amounts
PRC: Generate Cross Charge Accounting Events
(At this step the accounting seems to be correct)

2. Then run the PRC: Create Accounting, after this action the lines initially generated got reversed.
