Country Selection Reverts to an Incorrect Value when updating an Address in Employee Self-Service

Information in this document applies to any platform.
When entering an address for a contact via employee self service the 'Country' field always gets saved as the country preceding the chosen country in the list.
Steps to Reproduce:
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Employee Self-Service
2. Navigate: Personal information > Click Update Address > Select a Country from the Drop-down List of Values
3. Click Next
4. On the Review page, the selected country no longer appears, it is showing the previous country in the List of Values
