Mobile Log Active Even After Setting Profile OTL: Enable Mobile Server Log to No

When using Oracle Time and Labor (OTL) Time Entry activity and not the OTL Mobile App, it is still logging
data into HXC_MOB_LOG which should not happen.
Steps to Reproduce:
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
- Do any activity on the OTL Time Entry side and not the OTL Mobile App
- Verify the HXC_MOB_LOG see that the lines are written into the log
