ASN: Lead Access Privilege
OS: Customer Access Privilege
OS: Sales Lead Access Privilege

3. Login
4. Navigate > sales user > sales dashboard > click leads from short cut > click create lead button >
5. create new lead 2-4 lead review lead sales team =
John Doe

Jane Doe

6. Log in
7. Navigate > sales user > sales dashboard > Customer hyperlink from short cut > query customer 'XXXX' > click XXXX hyperlink > update customer page on Profile tab scroll down to Business Activies section view 'Open Leads' notice lead (2-4 lead) appears where this lead should not appear due to above profiles set to 'Sales team' and user's resource does not exist on customer or lead sales team.

However if you navigate sales user > sales dashboard > click leads from short cut on the view page, lead (2-4 lead) does not appear.

How to avoid or restrict sales leads of being viewed by other users under customer/profile tab/ business activities section when other users profiles set to 'Sales team' and user's resource does not exist on customer or lead sales team ?
