R12: PA: ITD, YTD, QTD And PTD Commitment Amounts Are Always Equal For Custom Measure Values (Doc ID 2362420.1)

Goal

As part of the requirement for displaying commitments, the business wants new columns to display the ITD, YTD, QTD and PTD values for the commitments only from Approved PO and the pending supplier invoices.

The solution planned to be used is to create a new computed custom measure with the computation as "PoCommittedCost+SupInvCommittedCost".

However, see that the ITD, YTD, QTD and PTD values are all displaying the same value. This project has Purchase Orders created over the last 2 years and hence expected it to show values that are different for these different columns. Yet, they all seem to show the same values which is incorrect.
