Goal

Can you have a primary ledger with Application Accounting Definition: Encumbrance Accrual and a secondary ledger with Application Accounting Definition: Encumbrance Cash?

When trying to create accounting the output shows status with Waring and the error in the report shows:

95335 An encumbrance type is required for encumbrance journal entries. Please provide an encumbrance type for the subledger journal entry.

This line cannot be accounted until the accounting event that it references has been fully accounted.
Please ensure the accounting events for the transaction with the following identifiers for the application Payables have been accounted: invoice_id: XXXXXX.
