Symptoms

Problem Statement:
When trying to view P60 from Self Service multiple rows appears for some employees

Steps to Reproduce:
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login using XX Payroll Administrator responsibility
2. (N)-> View -> Employee P60 search -> Query for an assignment
3. Multiple rows are shown for 2013 and 2012
