Empty Field 'Assigned To' In ECO

Symptoms

On : 12.2.6 version, Change Management

Actual behavior

After upgrading to 12.2.6 the user noticed the following problem with "Assigned To" field in ECO:
When searching for ECO, the "Assigned to" field shows the assigned to person, but, in the overview page, the "Assigned to" field shows up empty.

Expected behavior

The "Assigned to" field should display the correct information in the Overview page as in the search page.

Steps

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Development manager responsibility
2. Change management - Change simple search
