Argentina Turnover Tax Data Upload verification Report is displaying data in the report output
but did not update the supplier applicability level.

Expect to have Supplier Applicability updated.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Responsibility: Oracle Payables - Argentina localization - 12.1.1
2. Path: Other -> Requests -> Run
3. Run the Argentina Turnover Tax Data Upload verification Report (JLARSTDV)

Argentina Turnover Tax Data Upload verification Report is displaying data in the report output
but did not update the supplier applicability level.
